| Stress Release Session an introduction to basic yoga/meditation/and chi kung
Tuesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm we adopt basic healing postures or asanas as some call them. This is a class for beginners to develop balance, strength and flexibility, although practitioners of any skill level may benefit. We include some deep breath work and a short meditation on the internal organs. The session ends with a basic Chi Kung posture to root and strengthen you. Bring your mat, some fresh water and a clear mind. I will ease you open. $15 per class
