The Monk Jujupoogie is a graduate of Morehouse College class of "94" Cum laude with a B.A. in Physical Education. That degree has been reinforced with 20 years of supplemental study in natural bodybuilding, yoga, meditation, chi kung, stress management plus many, many other forms of exercise, healing and therapy. Preventative and holistic practices are his interest and passion, from the seen to the unseen. It's all connected for Juju.

Juju's experience in the realm of mind-body-emotion is unique and extensive. From calisthenics to yoga he has dedicated his life to the evolution of consciousness. His practice began with lifting weights in his bedroom at 14 with his older brother. That journey has led him to the other side of the world to study Life Force exercises in China with the former president of the National Chi Kung Association of America, Michael Winn. A student of several western and eastern streams of information, The Monk Jujupoogie is a global practitioner and the master of many arts and sciences. These skills range from stress release and sports performance to losing or gaining weight. Juju has gained and lost 40 pounds of weight naturally. He has deadlifted 315 pounds 22 times, run 20 miles, swims in 50 degree water and has sat in a 200 degree sauna for close to 30 minutes.
